RETURN POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS
Shipping and
Delivery
We make every effort to ship your order as
quickly as possible. The items will ship according to your choice of shipment methods. We
will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days, and you will be given the
option to cancel your order. Items are not charged to your credit card until shipped.
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
Return & Refunds
Defective products will be accepted for
exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 15 days from receipt. (No refunds or
credit.) After 15 days, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty apply. Please contact the
manufacturer directly
Return
Procedures

Returns must be 100%
complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals,
registration card(s), software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a
return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

No returns will be
accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request a Return Authorization,
please call your Account Executive. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days after issue,
and must be recovered in our warehouse within that time period.

Your RA number(s) must
appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. An RA label has been provided
on the back of your order for your convenience. Fill it out and tape it on the box you are
returning. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way.

We are not responsible
for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking
number.
Subsequent to an approval
authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of a check may take up to 30 days.
Product Return
Guidelines
-
Customers
must have a RMA number (assigned by Customer Services) before returning a product. It is
recommended that the customer insure product being returned to TAYLOR TECHNOLOGY, INC. for
full value. Product received back in damaged condition against an approval RMA number will
be rejected. Customer is responsible for filing claim with carrier.

When an RMA
number is assigned, you have 15 days to return the product.

Refused
shipments by customer must be reported within 14 days via the RMA request form to Customer
Service.

Returns
require the product management approval before a RMA is issued. Shipments considered
"special orders" are not returnable.

Write the
RMA number on the shipping label.

Please do
not write anything on the box.

Reject Policy
TAYLOR
TECHNOLOGY, INC. reserves the right to return any product shipment that differs from the
information given on the original Return Material Authorization (RMA) request, such as:

Invalid RMA
number
-
RMA # not
visible and not on the box shipping label

RMA
condition code differs from product condition

Expired RMA
number
-
Unauthorized
return (no RMA # was issued)

Serial
number does not match the original vendor box

Felt pen
markings on the box
-
Damaged
-
Open
box/Double-taped
Return Shipping
Instructions
-
You must
write the RMA number on the shipping label. The RMA Receiving Department cannot process a
return without this number.

Products
must be shipped prepaid.

Do not write
anywhere on the box except on the shipping label.
Return
Merchandise Authorization
Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer and/or
TAYLOR TECHNOLOGY, INC. restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise
Authorization.
To request an RMA
and shipping instructions please contact TAYLOR TECHNOLOGY, INC. RMAs are valid for 15
days from the date of issuance.
All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All
products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation,
warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Unauthorized or
Refused Returns
TAYLOR TECHNOLOGY, INC. cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without
a Return Authorization Number will be refused. TAYLOR TECHNOLOGY, INC. will charge a 15%
restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments.
Non-Defective
Returns
Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all
non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable. Refused
or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to
applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
